|Delivery in the Netherlands
The delivery is carried out by PostNL at a maximum rate of €4,95 in The Netherlands, reduced with the bonus discount. You will receive a discount on the order by the bonus points, see below.
Delivery takes place from Monday till Saturday in the Netherlands.
When the delivery service of PostNL cannot deliver at the delivery address, then the next day (Monday till Saturday) another delivery attempt takes place. When the attempt is not successful, you can pick up the package from the Post Office for three weeks.
On most products, you receive bonus points. Each bonus point point gives a discount of 1 euro on the product price. Moreover with more than 1 bonus point in an order the shipping costs are reduced! With 4 or 5 bonus points, the shipping costs in the Netherlands amount to €1.95.
From 6 bonus points total the shipping costs in the Netherlands are free. (foreign shipping costs are reduced with € 4.95).
Note: From 10 bonus points total your bonus points are worth €0.50 extra, with the additional discount being deducted directly from the product price.

The Postal Service EPS carries out two delivery attempts from Monday to Friday. The first delivery takes place 24 hours from shipping for Belgium and Germany in general. Other countries may take 1-2 days longer.
The order is processed, as soon as the payment has been received. With "Payment on invoice afterwards" an order is processed immediately. You will be informed by e-mail of the shipping date of the order. Normally the order is shipped directly, from the moment, the payment has been received or when you pay with invoice afterwards.
Delivery to an organization or a company is also possible, e.g. your employer. In that case you can use another addressee.
Ordered products can be returned within 14 days, provided the product is sealed or protected and the package seal is not damaged or broken. The costs for returning goods are for account of the customer.
If products have not been delivered to the delivery address or damaged at delivery or are not in accordance to the order data, please notify us within 24 hours after delivery by e-mail.
